Mindset Endurance is built for the ambitious professional who wants to go beyond limits without sacrificing career, family, or sanity. I know that equation personally: every finish line on my resume was reached while working full time as a veterinarian and medical director, raising a family, and training in the hours most people waste. This is not coaching from theory. It’s coaching from someone who has stood on the start line of the longest races in the sport, figured out what actually matters, and spent a decade helping time-crunched athletes do the same. Train smarter. Stay consistent. Reach distances you once thought were for other people.

About Coach Steve
I’m Steve Keller: father, husband, veterinarian, and one of the most experienced ultra distance triathletes coaching today.
Over the last decade I’ve finished 8 Ironmans, qualified for both the Ironman and 70.3 World Championships, won Ultraman 3 times across 6 finishes, taken 2nd at the Ultraman World Championship, run 100 miles in under 20 hours, finished the Cocodona 250, and twice raced the OneWater SwimRun, the hardest swim-run event in the world.
I did all of it with a full-time career and a family. That constraint is the foundation of how I coach. I’ve spent ten years learning which training actually moves the needle when time is scarce, and I’ve used it to coach doctors, entrepreneurs, consultants, and busy professionals to finish lines from their first 70.3 to 100 milers and beyond.
Certifications: UESCA Certified Endurance Coach, USA Triathlon Level 1 Certified Coach.

“Steve is an incredible coach: knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in his athletes. His training is purposeful, personalized, and he always takes the time to explain the “why” behind each workout. He knows exactly when to push you and when to adjust, and I’ve become a stronger, more confident runner thanks to his coaching. I highly recommend Steve to anyone looking to reach their running goals.“
“One of the things I appreciate most about Steven is that he coaches the person, not just the training plan. He knows when to push you, when to adjust, and how to keep you focused on the bigger picture. His approach has made me a stronger athlete both physically and mentally. If you’re looking for a coach who is knowledgeable, supportive, and truly invested in your success, I highly recommend Steven Keller and Mindset Endurance.”
“I’ve been working with Steve for a little over two years. From day one, we’ve built a great rapport. I know I can be completely honest with him, and he’s always there to listen, help, and support me. He doesn’t just coach from afar—he shows up. Whether it was crewing me during my 100-mile races or being there through the highs and lows of training, he’s been fully invested every step of the way.
He knows when to push me, and that’s helped me become a much stronger athlete. One of the biggest improvements I’ve seen has been on the bike. My strength, power, and overall performance have improved tremendously, and I continue to see progress because of his coaching.
Most importantly, I trust Steve completely, and that trust has made all the difference in my progress. I’m excited to keep building on everything we’ve accomplished together.“
“Coach Steve has managed to create strength building workouts around my busy life and varied race schedule. After a month, I was PR-ing my swim in an off-road triathlon, recovering well after long trail runs, and consistently hitting higher watts on my bike. He gives daily feedback and his weekly overviews provide a clear focus for your mind and body. He provides concierge style coaching with a compassionate and positive disposition. And his community of athletes, as well as his own accomplishments, are a continued source of inspiration!”
