  4. Race and training nutrition planning
  5. Strength & Dynamic Mobility work/drills throughout the season
  6. Race Planning & Course Logistics

What We Expect

  1. Open & Direct Communication
  2. Ask questions & Give Feedback – it’s a relationship that will need to grow and evolve
  3. Execute the training – follow the training guidance provided in TrainingPeaks. If you can’t complete the workout, it’s ok! Just let us know what you were thinking and if there was a reason you couldn’t do a particular workout.
